Each man will take a comprehensive self-assessment survey on all aspects of his health, as well as complete lab work, a body composition DEXA scan and a vO2 max test for cardiovascular fitness.
Each man will meet with their executive coach quarterly to go over the results of their assessments and help develop a game plan to help each man live their best and most abundant life.
Each man will meet with an executive trainer monthly who will provide them with a science-based weight training program as well as a cardiovascular plan that incorporates Zone 2 and vO2 max training. The health metrics will be retested and tracked.
